Skilled Personal Injury Attorney and Criminal Defense Lawyer in Utah
Joshua L. Larsen - partner
Joshua L. Larsen has been an attorney at Larsen, Larsen, Nash & Larsen since 2005, and he is now a partner. He focuses his practice on litigating personal injury cases, defending clients facing criminal charges and drafting various estate planning documents.
Joshua grew up in Salt Lake City. He studied liberal arts and science as an undergraduate at Utah State University, where he was active in the LDS Student Association, and he continues to be involved in the Utah State Alumni Association. As a law student at the University of Memphis, Josh again participated in the LDS Student Association and was also a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He did a portion of his legal studies at the University of Cambridge in England, where he was able to gain valuable knowledge and experience.
Josh is committed to providing comprehensive services on his cases. He is adept at communicating with other parties involved in a case and can often negotiate a mutually beneficial settlement — but, when necessary, he is not afraid to go to trial and advocate for clients in court. Furthermore, Josh is extensively connected to specialists and experts such as forensic accountants, finance and valuation professionals, physicians, and accident reconstructionists who can provide useful testimony and analyze key evidence.
